🚚 Christmas Deliveries
To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, we recommend placing your order by Wednesday, 17 December for Tracked 48 UK deliveries, and Thursday, 18th December, for Tracked 24 UK deliveries. Orders placed after this date may not arrive before the holiday. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location, so it’s always best to order early!
✨ Christmas Shipping Schedule
To ensure your fudge arrives in perfect condition, we’ll be pausing all shipments from midday Monday, December 22nd, until we return on Monday, January 5th.
During the festive season, postal services can be a bit unpredictable, and we don’t want your fresh, delicious fudge spending extra time in depots. So, to maintain the quality we’re known for, we’ve decided to take a break from shipping during this mid-season period.
But don’t worry! We’ll be back and ready to send you fresh fudge as soon as we’re back in action after the holidays.

ORDER DESPATCH
Orders placed before 12:00 pm (GMT) Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are processed the same day. Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or Bank Holidays.
MULTIBASKET
You may choose to send all the items in your order to a single postal address, or split your shopping basket and deliver fudge gifts to multiple destinations in a single transaction. If you have any queries about the multi-basket service, please contact our customer services team at 01303 864400.
AVAILABILITY
Our slab fudge flavours change regularly so, if you place your order far in advance, check with our Customer Services Department that your chosen flavour will still be available at the time of despatch. On the rare occurrence that a flavour is unavailable on the day of despatch, our artisan fudge-making team will include a substitute carefully selected as a close alternative to the original choice in your fudge box. We'll note any substitutions in your order on a substitutions card, so they're easy to spot. If you would like to leave any instructions for our confectioners, please declare a comment when placing your order. Fudge Kitchen cannot be held responsible for items damaged by heat during the warm months, all orders are placed at the buyer's risk.

Important Information
- Shipping is not available over Bank Holidays.
- Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available on the Royal Mail 48® service,
- Sunday deliveries are available with Royal Mail 24® depending on local services.
- 24®, 48® and DPD services are not guaranteed, so please allow for this when choosing your despatch date. We advise customers to not select the Royal Mail 48® option for Friday despatch to avoid fresh products from sitting in depot stations over the weekend.
- For DPD Saturday and Sunday delivery options, choose any despatch day before midday Friday. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be delivered the Saturday or Sunday (depending on the service selected) of the following week.
- For orders above the maximum parcel weight, 25kg; contact our customer services team for a delivery quote.
- Shipping offers apply only to paid deliveries and do not include orders qualifying for other discounts, unless the order total exceeds £100, in which case free shipping may be combined with other offers.
- * Discounts are based on the total order value after any applicable discounts and may not qualify if the basket total is split across multiple deliveries. Free shipping is not available for Wedding or Experience products.
Although 94% reliable, Royal Mail and DPD deliveries aren’t guaranteed to arrive on your chosen day, sometimes they can arrive the following day.
International Delivery Information
Delivery to overseas is possible, but delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, delivery times will depend on your local service. There is a risk with long haul destinations that the fudge may not arrive within the ‘Best Before End’ date or be of the best quality upon arrival. Fudge Kitchen do not offer refunds or replacements on items undelivered, or damaged during delivery, for orders shipped by Royal Mail outside the UK as this is not a fully tracked service. The customer chooses this service at their own risk.

Due to recent tariff changes creating an unpredictable trade environment, we have temporarily suspended shipping to the USA. We hope to resume service as soon as conditions allow.
