ORDER DESPATCH

Shipments are processed the same day for orders received before 12.00 pm (GMT) from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

MULTIBASKET

You may choose to send all the items in your order to a single postal address, or split your shopping basket and deliver fudge gifts to multiple destinations in a single transaction. If you have any queries about the multi-basket service, please contact our customer services team at 01303 864400.

AVAILABILITY

Our slab fudge flavours change regularly so, if you place your order far in advance, check with our Customer Services Department that your chosen flavour will still be available at the time of despatch. On the rare occurrence that a flavour is unavailable on the day of despatch, our artisan fudge-making team will include a substitute carefully selected as a close alternative to the original choice in your fudge box. We'll note any substitutions in your order on a substitutions card, so they're easy to spot. If you would like to leave any instructions for our confectioners, please declare a comment when placing your order. Fudge Kitchen cannot be held responsible for items damaged by heat during the warm months, all orders are placed at the buyer's risk.

We offer a tracked delivery 48® (2-3 days) and 24® (1-2 days) service with Royal Mail for UK orders up to 25 kg, delivery times may depend on your local Royal Mail service, contact your local Royal Mail office for delivery inquiries.

Shipping is not available over Bank Holidays. Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available on the Royal Mail 48® service, Saturday & Sunday deliveries are available with Royal Mail 24® depending on local services. This is not a guaranteed service, so please allow for this when choosing your despatch date. We advise customers to not select the 48® option for Friday despatch to avoid fresh products from sitting in depot stations over the weekend.

Although 94% reliable, Royal Mail deliveries aren’t guaranteed to arrive on your chosen day, sometimes they can arrive the following day.

Standard UK delivery is a premium, fully tracked next-day service with DPD couriers. Shipping is not available over Bank Holidays. Saturday & Sunday deliveries are not available on the DPD Next Day service. This is not a guaranteed service however, our courier states that they aim to achieve delivery within 1 working day for UK mainland deliveries and up to 3 working days for distance deliveries, such as Scottish Islands (Kent based).

For Saturday and Sunday delivery options, choose any despatch day before midday Friday. Orders placed after 12pm Friday will be delivered the Saturday or Sunday (depending on the service selected) of the following week.

International Delivery Information

Delivery to overseas is possible, but delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, delivery times will depend on your local service. There is a risk with long haul destinations that the fudge may not arrive within the ‘Best Before End’ date or be of the best quality upon arrival. Fudge Kitchen do not offer refunds or replacements on items undelivered, or damaged during delivery, for orders shipped by Royal Mail outside the UK as this is not a fully tracked service. The customer chooses this service at their own risk.
