Reward Point Scheme
Fudge Kitchen offers frequent customers several ways to be rewarded for their loyalty and enjoy special privileges and benefits. Our points scheme is just one way to benefit from shopping with us and we hope you take full advantage of the program.
It's simple and easy to use - just sign in, go shopping and we'll do the rest for you. There's no lengthy form to fill in, just register with our store and immediately start to receive Points for the items your purchase.
Once you have registered you can view your Points in the "my account" menu located in the top right-hand corner on every page. To review the number of Points you have collected, click on the 'Redeem Points' link within the menu. To redeem your Points, simply use the points slider to enter the number of Points you wish to redeem at the checkout.
1. How do I claim my Reward Points?
We've made redeeming Points as easy as possible. Points can be viewed and claimed at the checkout stage of your purchase. Simply adjust the slider displayed in the checkout to add some or all of your points against your basket total.
2. Will I lose my Points if I don't use them?
There are no time limits on your Points, you can claim your Points at your leisure or collect them up over several purchases to claim against a larger item.
3. Is there a maximum number of Reward Points that can be redeemed at one time?
The maximum number of Points that can be redeemed at one time is 600 (or £30)
4. Is there a minimum number of Reward Points that can be redeemed at one time?
The minimum number of Points that can be redeemed at one time is 20 (or £1)
5. How can I earn Reward Points?
1 Point is earned for every £1 you spend online at FudgeKitchen.co.uk. Points are calculated automatically and your account is updated accordingly when your transaction is complete. There are many great ways to earn Reward Points with Fudge Kitchen:

- Earn Points for telling us about unique or interesting ways you use Fudge Kitchen products
- Look out for special double and triple Points events
6. How soon are Points credited to My Account?
When you earn Points for making a purchase, the Points usually post within 24 hours. Points earned for other contributions may take up to 10 days.
7. What do I do if my Point total is missing or incorrect for a transaction?
First, please allow up to 10 days for Points to appear in your account. If your Points have not appeared after 10 days, please contact us via the online contact form.
8. When I make a purchase through FudgeKitchen.co.uk, will I earn Points for tax, shipping and handling?
Points are only awarded for the subtotal of your purchase - excluding sales tax, shipping and handling.
9. What if I move home or change my email address? Will I carry my Points with me?
Yes, updating your personal information will not affect your Points.
10. Are Points transferable to someone else?
Points cannot be transferred from one account to another.
11. Can I combine Points with someone else?
Points cannot be combined with another account.
12. How do I register for Reward Points?
There is no need to register if you are already a Fudge Kitchen customer. If you are new to the Fudge Kitchen sonline shop, registration is easy! To start, click on the 'login' link on the top right-hand corner of the website and sign up as a customer. You will automatically start collecting Points from your first purchase.
