Our Stem Ginger sauce was originally a festive seasonal special, but its popularity has meant that it is now available all year round! To our traditional fudge sauce we add a sprinkle of real ginger pieces which infuse while boiling to make a tangy and delicious ginger fudge sauce.
Born in Bath..
After making a delicious Chocolate and Ginger fudge in our Bath store, our fudge sauce experts set about developing a recipe that was just as creamy and irresistibly divine. Hours of experimenting ensued and after some sore backs from hand working the sauce, our recipe was perfected and complete!
