Icy Coconut Vegan Fudge
The inspiration for the 1991 song Ice, Ice Baby. Loads of coconut boiled and turned through a light vanilla fudge.
Handmade using fresh creamed coconut, desiccated coconut and vanilla bean paste. All natural ingredients and no preservatives. All natural ingredients and no preservatives. Vegan fudge flavours do not contain cream or butter, but get their creamy texture from finely honed, sugar crafting techniques. All our handmade fudges are also gluten free.

Storage
Keep in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Our whipping cream fudge is freshly made and should keep for up to 10 days, but whether you can wait that long is another matter. Store your fudge at room temperature, as the sugar in the fudge acts as a natural preservative. DO NOT REFRIGERATE it, as this can affect the colour and texture of the fudge. Humidity and sudden changes in temperature may affect the firmness of your fudge.

I sent a selection box of fudge to My friends who were going through a hard time. It made them so happy! This fudge is absolutely delicious. My friend bought me some of this fudge after finding it on a trip to Cambridge and I was really skeptical at first, it looked an smelt delicious and so I assumed it would have an ingredient I was allergic to. The fudge totally melted in your mouth and was delicious. Thank you Fudge Kitchen for remembering people like us and allowing us to taste fudge again.
